Elisa K Ball and Jay K Williams are the co-owners of Total Cruise & Travel Experts, A Cruise Planners/American Express Travel Services Agency.  "We created this agency because of our experience sailing on virtually every cruise line and our passion for travel."

We spent 10+ years working on cruise ships as Art Dealers and have sailed on more than 40 different ships covering most of the earth's oceans & seas.  One of Elisa's favorite sayings is, "been there, done that, have ALL the t-shirts!"

Spending many months on the various ships we've sailed on has given us an unparalleled edge as Travel Agents, hence the name "Total Cruise & Travel Experts."  In addition, we have experienced most of the shore excursions in the various ports of call and are delighted to share information about our adventures and to assist with excursion selection(s) and booking(s.)
